The New Globalism

I am loving the new trend for ethnic chic. Maybe it's because my own biology is half Middle Eastern and half English that this approach for mixing and matching world influences is so appealing.

I had a rummage in my mum's wardrobe the other week and found a bag that fits right into this trend. Funnily enough that's because it's from Iran and made in the same way Persian carpets are made.

This look is also perfect for rolling up to a festival in as it's bang on trend but not overly dressy.

Also, anyone from Brighton can nip down the the market near there West Pier where they have the most crazy printed trousers and loads of beautiful ethnic jewellery.
